1) Eleanor Tomlinson- http://eleanor-tomlinson.com/gallery/
I couldn't find Eleanor Tomlinson's official website despite looking at several google responses, and typing different wording into the URL. This is the most popular result that came up after typing in all of the different wording and her name, however it is a 'source' to recent photos of Eleanor Tomlinson which appears to have been made by a fan, however it still shows employers what she looks like on camera and they can then contact her agent. I think that the fact that Eleanor doesn't have her own website, or a website that is easily accessible it lowers the risk of employers being able to contact her or her management, however because she has a higher status in the acting industry the employers might already know her.
The fact that the website is made by a fan indicates that Eleanor Tomlinson has a wide fan base and that she is a popular actress, therefore an employer will be more likely to contact her management for a casting opportunity.
2) Daisy Ridley- http://daisy-ridley.net/
Similar to Eleanor's website, this is the only clear website I found of Daisy Ridley, and it states under her name that it is a source website, indicating that this website has been made by a fan, or someone else other than Ridley herself. I do feel however that this website is clear on who Daisy Ridley is, and what she does so that an employer can immediately start searching for her agent or manager, therefore giving her a boost in her casting opportunities. I feel as though you wouldn't tell that Daisy Ridley was an actor from the first look at her website, until you look at her CV, therefore I think that it would be good to state clearly that she is an actor under her name or in the title of the website homepage, so that she has a better chance of being picked up by an employer.
